I returned my order a while ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to show up. It’s been way too long, and I keep checking and there’s still nothing. The return itself already took longer than I expected, and now the refund is taking forever too. Just really frustrating to still be waiting.

"After sales support was bad"
I bought something from sheeel.com and needed help after it was delivered, but the support was really slow to reply and nothing actually got sorted. It felt like they only cared until the payment went through. I spent way too much time chasing them, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"Good order overall, just slow tracking"
I ordered from sheeel and, to be fair, everything showed up exactly as I chose it. Nothing was missing, and the sizes were all correct, which I definitely appreciated. The packaging was decent too, nothing fancy but it did the job. My only complaint is that the tracking took a while to update, so I was a little unsure about where my order was at first. Overall though, it was a good experience.

I think it’s worth it if you’re trying to save a little money where you can. The deals make a difference, especially with prices being what they are. It’s nice when something actually feels fair and gives regular people a break.

I’m still waiting for my refund, and support has barely replied to me. I get that things can take a little time, but it’s frustrating when you’re just left hanging with no real updates. Not exactly the experience I was hoping for, to be honest.

I had an issue with my headphones after a few months, so I reached out to Sheeel about the warranty. I thought it was going to turn into some ridiculous back-and-forth, but they replied quickly and just asked for the details they needed.
Once I sent over the photos and invoice, they approved the claim and arranged a replacement. It did take a little bit of time, but the whole process was smooth overall, and I’m happy with how the support team handled it.

I ordered from sheeel and, i wasn’t expecting much, but the packaging was actually decent. The box showed up sturdy and wasn’t all crushed like a lot of deliveries I’ve gotten before. Everything inside was wrapped properly and stayed put, so there were no scratches or damage. I’ll admit, they did a better job packing it than I thought they would.

"I had an issue with my order…"
I had an issue with my order and customer support did eventually sort it out, so I’ll give them credit for that. But it took way too many back-and-forth messages and a lot of waiting. What made it more frustrating was that one email would say one thing, then another email seemed to say something different, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on half the time. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but definitely more annoying than it needed to be.

"Better than I expected, honestly"
I had a question about my order from Sheeel and messaged customer service, expecting I’d probably be waiting a few days for a reply. To my surprise, they got back to me the same day and explained what was happening with the delivery. I’m giving 4 stars because the first response was short, and I had to follow up to get the details I needed. Still, once I asked again, they were polite and helpful, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, it ended up being a good experience

I always check Sheeel when I’m hunting for discounts, it’s absolutely one of the smartest things you can do if you want to save money. The promo prices can be seriously good, and I definitely saved a solid amount on my order. The site was easy enough to use too, and I didn’t run into any major issues at all.

I ordered this from sheeel and the item looked just like the photos and matched the description well. No real surprises, which I appreciated. What I read online is basically what I got. I just wish the instructions were a bit clearer, especially for getting started, but overall the product itself was as expected.
